Once you are signed up as our member, you can accumulate your spending to earn a reward credit of AED 25. You will have 1 year to accumulate this spending of AED 500 starting from the date of your first transaction. 

Each transaction has a 1-year validity period. If your first transaction is past its validity, you may still continue with the accumulation with the next valid transaction. 

Yes, if you had made the purchase with vouchers, you will still be able to accumulate the spending. 

Store credit/ reward credit expires one year from the date of issuance. Unfortunately, we are not able to extend it beyond this timeframe, so please use it before it expires.

Store credit/ reward credit expires one year after it is issued. When you make a purchase with us, either in-store or online, your oldest unused credit will be applied first, followed by the more recently issued unused credit. This will help minimise the chances of your credit expiring before you can use it.

As long as you are signed in as a member, your available store credit/ reward credit will automatically be applied to your next eligible purchase, whether online or in-stores.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to opt out of using your available credit for an eligible purchase. The only way around this is to make the purchase anonymously in-stores. You can do so by telling the cashier you do not wish to sign in for the purchase. However, the transaction will not be recorded in your account and your purchase will not count towards accumulation of spending. 

Your available store credit will automatically be applied to your next eligible purchase, whether online or in-stores. If your available store credit is more than the value of your transaction, the unused portion will be kept in your account and will be applied to subsequent purchases.

Do note that you have to identify yourself as a member to our cashiers before the transaction is completed in order for your available store credit to be applied. If you do not identify yourself as our member before the transaction is completed, we are unable to retroactively apply your available store credit to your purchase.

The Store Credit section shows you how much store credit you have available to use, all the previous store credit you have earned and whether you have utilised them, as well as how much more in purchases you have to accumulate to earn more store credit.

No, you can accumulate the AED 500 in spending across multiple transactions, either online, in-stores or across both.

When you accumulate AED 500 in total purchases, you will immediately receive store credit worth AED 25. You will receive an email to notify you of your earned store credit. If your new purchase results in an accumulation of more than AED 500 in purchases, the amount in excess of AED 500 will count towards the next round of accumulation so that you can reach the next AED 500 mark more quickly.

Yes, both online and in-store purchases will count towards accumulation of your spending. You can accumulate the AED 500 in spending across multiple transactions, either online, in-stores or across both.

You will earn store credit worth AED 25 whenever you accumulate AED 500 in purchases. You will also receive store credit when you return items. From time to time, you may also receive store credit as a surprise or as a token of our apology for making a mistake.

We have separated our store credit into 2 types in order to avoid the confusion between store credit from returns and reward credit of AED 25 which is issued with an accumulated spending of AED 500

However, customer will still be able to use the combined value for their purchases.
